Three pounds lost this past week. Saturday's measurements didn't really support that, but the pictures show a less bloated body. In spite of the stress-filled week of being evaluated, tutoring, and other niggling job related stressors,
I maintained my focus this week. I increased my step number to 7K daily. My knees don't hurt as much (nor my feet) and I'm able to walk longer at a brisk pace. This coming week, I'll push on to 9K to 10K steps per day. By the time I return to Work (March 30---after receiving dose #2 of the Covid-19 vaccine on March 27), I hope to be walking 10K+ steps per day. Starting April 6, I plan to reboot the 21 Day Fix workout plan. All of this being done while tracking foods on the MyFitnessPal app and cycling macros.
I did make the egg, broccoli and spinach cups this past week (using phyllo dough) and they were fantastic. I also made cherry cream cheese phyllo dough cups last week (a favorite recipe from WW) that were the perfect sized, non- program ruining treats to get me through the week.
I'm on track to meeting my goals and hope this kind of success continues. My goal for my next appointment with my doctor is to be 15-20 pounds lighter. I see him June 10. We shall see.
Keep walking in beauty and peace, my peeps.
