21 Day Fix Granola

As I become more mindful about eating, I fall back into a recipe my 21 day fix coach shared with me to help with the cravings while eating on program. I thought I'd share that here.
As far as calories are concerned, I estimate it is about 250 for a 1/2 cup. 21 Day fix is more about counting containers than calories. So, I was doing MATH to figure the calories (which is always dangerous). Take the approximate calorie count with a grain of salt.
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Place parchment or foil over a cookie sheet.
In a bowl, mix:
2 c. raw whole rolled oats
1/2 c sliced raw almonds
1/2 c chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1/4 c raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
2 TBSP 100% real maple syrup
2TBSP coconut oil (liquid form)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A shake or two of cinnamon.
Mix ingredients until blended.
Spread over cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Store in a container.
Each 1/2 c serving counts as a "yellow" container or carb. Probably counts as a blue or orange too...but I have long since forgotten.
Bon appetit!
